What is virtual network computing
There are different types of technologies used in the field of computer networking. One of them is the virtual network computing. Generally it is defined as the type pf the remote display technology that provide the opportunity to the users to see their desktop display from number of locations with the help of different modes such as internet access, different type of communicating networks and many other methods is referred to as the virtual network computing. It is denoted by VNC. Another important function of this technology is that it also enables the events of different parts of computer to another machine.

History of Virtual Network Computing:
Virtual network computing is not a new technology because its roots are in the past technological world. Historically it was introduced in 1999 at ORL Oracle Research Laboratory by Tristan Richardson. Different type pf members are involved in the creation of virtual network computing. Then with the help of further research they change the module of the technology in 2002. After the research of 2002 a team consists of new members designed and created a real time virtual network computing technology to communicate with commercial software. Then different type of advanced form of such technology can be developed from this software.
Important Components of VNC:
There are three major and important components of the virtual network computing and all its working performance depends upon these three components. These three components with their specific details are listed under the paragraph
VNC Server:
The first component of the virtual network computing is the virtual network computing server. It is type of serving program that deals with the displaying property of the remote system and show it to the client over network.
VNC Client:
Virtual network computing client is defined as the kind of software program that monitors and mange the activity, control of the server and help users to interact with the server is called as the VNC client.
Communication Protocol of VNC:
The protocol that is used for the working of the virtual network computing is the RFB protocol. It is simple type of protocol whose architecture depends upon the graphical circumstances and of graphical primitive nature and describes the rectangular data position between the server and the clients and all the movements and the activity of the clients and the server based on it.
How Virtual Network Computing Works?
The working of the virtual network computing starts when the first component that is server trying to sends some kind of frames in rectangular shape to the users. Large range of bandwidth would be used by the VNC protocol for the sake of communication. Protocol suggests the client and the server to settle down on the specific encodings and a general encoding use for such purpose is the raw encoding. Only a small part of the screen can perform well duty on such type pf encodings and change its frame from one phase to another. But in the case of changing large pixels at the same time can needs high band width. In the default working and the setting of the virtual network computing TCP ports are used. If both ends i.e. the server end and the client end having a broadband connection then configure NAT and the router also and if you are using a VPN then configure it also. Some of the common examples that are related to the virtual network computing are the Apple, MAC OS X and many more. It also limited in some case that is it is based on pixels and can’t work properly on Unicode.
