Two monitors are better than one

Monitor needs no introduction on the field of the computer networking. All the people know that monitor is the device that is used to display all the data processing of the CPU on the screen and can manage all the applications such as images or media files for the users. There are different types of monitors some are large or some are flat. Bu the large monitors or LCD is very expensive to buy. But nowadays computer scientist provide the way to use the two monitors as a one screen and make the larger view for the users.

How to Setup two monitors on the Single Computer?
Different types of the computer that are based on the new and the advanced technology can support the two or the dual monitor technology. And can provide the easy way for the users to increase the screen space for the working such as viewing the pictures and also different types of documents. These two monitors are connected with the single system with no new hardware or the cables instead of the power and the display cable. Some of the important steps that are used to install dual monitors on the single system are as follows

  1. check the networking adapter, mostly a system have networking adapter that supports two slots one is VGA (visual graphic array) and other is DVI (digital visual interface), both are used for the connecting the monitors.
  2. If the space for additional monitor is present in the networking card then no need of the networking card is there. But of their is no space provided for the slot of the second monitor then purchase a new networking adapter and install it.
  3. Buy a used or inexpensive monitor from the market by checking the display power of the monitor
  4. Connect the first monitor in the VGA with the help of VGA cable and second monitor in the second slot of DVI with the help of DVI cable located at the backside of the system.
  5. Turn on the system and install the required software for eh second monitor and enjoy the facility for large screen view.

Why two Monitors are better than one?
There are many reasons that describes that why two monitors are better than a single one. They are better because they provide the wider screen for working with different features of the computer system separately. User can avail the feature of multitasking by developing a connection between the two monitors and a single system. It provides an opportunity to the users to use their important documents on the wider screen at the same time. They also enhance the viewing technology by avoiding the clutters and managing the high quality pixels. So if the users are unable to buy the expensive LCD then they can use the dual head or dual monitors to enjoy the facility.

Advantages of Dual Monitors:
There are so many advantages of dual monitors, some of the common and the important advantages of the dual monitoring technology are listed below

  1. By using a two monitors instead of one saves the expanses that are required to purchase wider screen, with the help of this technology users can enjoy the wider screen with traditional monitors.
  2. Provide flexibility for the users during working and provide an opportunity of multitasking.
  3. data sharing between different applications can be easier and enhanced with the help of dual monitors or multiple screens

Disadvantages of Dual Monitors:
Where they have many advantages they also execute some disadvantages such as more potential distraction, cost, more space required, the abilities of networking card become halved etc.
