What is mobile cloud computing
Mobile cloud computing - Introduction
In computing, the emergence of the ‘cloud computing’ is one of the most stirring and possibly profitable developments. Cloud computing is actually the necessary development of computing in which the processing and data stored, retreat from desktop and laptop computers and then again into advanced data centres. Mobile cloud computing provides the services of applications, products and the other services in which by hosting the primary processing or data storing in the cloud, one can take advantages.

Historical Background
The term cloud comp computing is been posse a lot in recent times, mainly in the background of the ‘future of the web’, but the potential of the cloud computing does not begin and end with the personal transformation of the computer, into a thin client. The mobile platform is going to be heavily influenced by this technology as well. Atleast there is a research set forth by ABI research. Their recent report on Mobile Cloud Computing theorizes that the cloud will soon become a troublesome force in the mobile world, ultimately becoming the influential way in which mobile applications operate.
Basically, the term ‘mobile cloud computing’ refers to a way of communications where both operations, data storage and data processing, happens outside of the mobile device. Now a days, some good examples of mobile cloud computing is mobile Gmail, Google maps, and some direction finding applications. But on the other side, still most of the data storage and data processing are done on the mobile devices not in the cloud.
Why mobile cloud computing:
It’s a fact that very soon the smart phones will be so common to use because of its benefits and advantages. And so on the demand of such phones will increase because of the mobile cloud computing trend. There are some more web developers who are eligible for making and building the mobile web applications, however there are certain other types of the developers of mobile devices. Although, this is a fact that such types of smarter phones are becoming more reliable and useful for the people who are enterprisers. As it will be easy to access for web browsing that will definitely have a good impact on the growth of mobile cloud computing.
How will mobile clouds computing become a disruptive force:
There are two primary reasons why ABI believes cloud computing will become a disruptive force in the mobile world. The first is simply the number of users the technology has the power to reach: far more than the number of Smartphone users alone. The second reason has to do with how applications are distributed today. Currently, mobile applications are tied to a carrier. If you want an iPhone app, for example, you have to first have a relationship with the mobile operator who carries the iPhone. If you want a Blackberry app, the same rule applies. But with mobile clouding computing applications, as long as you have access to the web, you have access to the mobile application.
It is considered that the mobile computing will become a disruptive force in the world and there are two reasons that can be identify behind this scenario. Firs of them is that the number of users who are related to such technique would prefer it and second one can be understand that it is very clear that how fast the applications are being used in all spheres and are in range of majority. This is very clear that if one wants an application in iphone, then he/she should have relationship with the operator who uses the iphone and have its know how, whether someone wants an application for its blackberry, same strategy would be following. But in case of mobile cloud computing, when someone needs applications, he/she just need the web browsing.
