The downloading speed of the cable ranging from 4 Mbps to 16Mbps and uploading speed is 384 kbps to 1.5 Mbps.	DSL is quite slower as compared to high speed internet cable services. Its downloading speed ranging from 768 Kbps to 6 Mbps and uploading speed is128 Kbps to 768 Kbps.

Cost Difference and Popularity:

If we discussed the technical aspects of both the technologies, both are very popular among the people of present era because with the help of both technologies we are able to run different types of important programs. Comparison between the costs is the cable net is almost free but we need large money to install the DSL.
