EV DO revision B or second is a technology for providing more improved support to the content of multimedia .it truly an evolutionary step in the  multi media technologies. Its one of the biggest advantages is that it save big amount of investment or capital that is required for the high performance of internet protocols and data packets and takes the EV DO technology to the nest level of development. there are many alternatives and substitutes for the EV DO rev B exist and can be used in place of EV Dos but these are especially deigned for the wide band  for example form 10 to 20 MH.

                                       The typically standard for the revised B version was officially defined in the joint project of Telecommunications and third generation partnership in the year of 2006.the revised v version of EV Do offers high compatibility in maximum platforms and very low deployment cost .it also enjoys the great market success and advantages.

                                    EV Do provide greater through put rate as compared to the previous version of this technology.                              Another wonderful; benefit of this technology is the high or superior performance that it offer to its customers. It provides its customer to enjoy more traffic with minimum carriers and overheads during the transmission.

               The cost required for the up gradation and new version of EV DO is comparatively lesser than the others. it can be easily upgraded  without affecting the hardware investments of the customers and you can also add any hardware to Rev B at any time .for example existing radio can be modified and improved by adding a radio network upgrading card in it.

Total Backward Compatibility:
                                                 Rev offers continuous and total support to the ole and new rev devices that are involved; the new handset of rev b is also able to receive the data and signal without the interruptions in the services. They also allow the operators to handle the critical situations as when required during the network actions.

Device support:
                        Another great advantage of the EV Do Rev B is the flexible device support. Because Rev B deals with the multi carrier interface .the distinguishing feature that it supports the devices both single and multi carrier components working on the same spectrum.

Random and fast Configuration:
                                                     Rev B can also be reconfigured and enhanced using the same spectrum it is deigned for. Its readily allows you to add multiple hardware to the network in the interaction. it also treats well the non contiguous and non adjacent channels.

More Reliability:
                           EVDO revision B is more reliable than those of the previous version for the reason that it as advanced flexibility that is required for the efficient networks and also easy adaptability to any work scenario. Another thing that makes its more reliable is its low cost upgrading which save good amount of money that is normally reserved for the maintenance and advancement cost.

                         EV Do is considered to be the one of the useful and capable technology for both single and multi carrier path ways and tracks. In future more advancements and revised version can be expected because they are widely in use and also capturing good market day by day.
