1. The first step in building your own computer is to collect all the parts of the computer; make sure all parts are compatible to each other. Forexample processing unit or the RAM are compatible with the mother board.
2. After gathering the component; collect all the tools that are would be required to build a computer such as different types of screw drivers and different types of zip ties to tie the extra wires in the system
3. First of all open the casing and then install the standoffs first because they are very helpful in keeping the board up from the metal case. After installing them install the mother board in the casing and tight the screws of the board with the help of screw driver. Make sure screws are not lose.
4. After installing a mother board install a power supply compatible with the board with the fan outside and fix the screws from the outside of the case into the supply and install its cable on the correct place on the motherboard.
5. After installing the power supply install all the cards that are required for the proper functioning of the computer such as video card, sound card, networking cards. And then install the RAM also in the given slots by opening the clips present on the motherboad.
6. Hard drives and different types of optical, drives are also installed after installing the RAM with the help of different screws provided in the casing.
7. At last open the fan located on the motherboard and opens the jack of the area where the processor is installed. Install a specific processor in the slot an close the fan again.
8. All the cables of the devices and the panel should be installed on the board carefully and tie all the extra cables with the help of ties to avoid obstacles in installing. Make sure wires are installed in its correct slots, otherwise it may cause damage to the hardware.
9. After this close the casing and install the cables that are uninstalled from then back side of the system such as keyboard and mouse cables, cable of power and monitor and speaker also.
10. Turn on the assembled system open the setup and install the required operating system and then restart the computer. Now the computer is ready to perform .
